All Products are crafted with so much love and hardship. If you are not satisfied with the design or any Size issues please handle it carefully and click a Picture.
Exchange policy:
You can exchange your product for the same item in a different size. The initial product will be collected first, followed by the delivery of the new item. If your requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
To initiate an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp for prompt support.
Exchange requests can be initiated only 'once per order' and within 7 days of delivery, given the following conditions are satisfied:
• Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
• Tags should be intact
• Product(s) is/are not purchased on sale/at a discounted price
• Product(s) is/are not custom altered
• Unpacking video (without pause) is a must for damage, partial, and wrong product received
• Customers will have to send parcels back to us

Please allow us 4-5 days for the return to reach us based on your location. Upon receiving the item, we will promptly inspect and process the return within 24 hours to ensure a swift refund.
